Designed to compliment the modern farmhouse style of the clubhouse, the recreation center features a large community pool, a children’s wading pool and a secluded spa area. A large shade structure was located adjacent to the pool to add shade and create screening for the adjacent houses. The fence surrounding the pool was lowered into a 5’ deep trough to remain in compliance with the required pool enclosure fencing while hiding from view from the adjacent park and community entry. The landscape features drought tolerant plants and was designed to help highlight and enclose the programmed areas found throughout the site.
